Product Features
1.When there is no layout diagram, layout should be based on the type and heat dissipation requirements of each component. The horizontal and vertical principles should be maintained when typing.
2.PLC, switching power supply, air switch and other electronic components should be arranged above. Because electronic components must be protected from metal shavings, waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, ventilated and heat dissipated, etc. There are usually stickers on the PLC to prevent debris from falling in. They cannot be removed during wiring and installation. They can only be removed when the installation is complete and ready to be powered on to facilitate heat dissipation.

4.Relays, solid state, etc. should be arranged in the middle position. If space is limited, it can also be placed above or below. Terminal strips, power strips, etc. should be arranged below. Even if it is easy to wire out, no screws, threads, etc. will fall into other components. The distance between the top and bottom of each component and the wire trough should be kept at least 20mm to facilitate wiring. Exhaust fans, cam switches, etc. should not conflict with the wire trough and base plate.

8.The wire ducts and guide rails should be installed firmly and parallel. Screws should not be too high to prevent component installation. Use M4×6 cross round head screws for installation, Φ3.2 drill bit for drilling, and M4 tap for tapping.
9.The length of the tube should be kept consistent and set at 20mm. The reading direction is from top to bottom and from left to right. Number tubes of the same model should have the same font size. The number tube should be tightly fitted on the wire pin and not easy to loosen. The corresponding number tube can be selected according to the size of the line. A 0.5 square meter cable is equipped with a Φ2.0 number tube, and a 3 square meter cable is equipped with a Φ4.2 number tube.
10.The terminals and wires are tightly pressed together and are not easy to fall off or break. The stripping length is moderate and there are no burrs on the outside. Do not press the wire sheath when crimping, and do not damage the wire core when stripping. After inserting the number tube according to the direction, press the wire well. Do not screw cable sheaths, number tubes, etc. into the screws.

Front panel: The front panel is located at the front of the cabinet and is usually made of cold-rolled steel plate. Various control and indication devices, such as buttons, switches, indicator lights, instruments, etc., are installed on the front panel for monitoring and controlling the equipment in the cabinet.
Side panels: There are side panels on both sides of the cabinet, also usually made of cold-rolled steel. The side panels play a role in increasing the stability of the cabinet and protecting the internal equipment. There are usually cooling holes and cable entry holes on the side panels for heat dissipation and cable management.
Back panel: The back panel is located on the back of the cabinet and is usually made of cold-rolled steel plate. It provides a sealed back to prevent dust, moisture and other foreign matter from entering the cabinet interior.
Top and bottom plates: The top and bottom plates are located at the upper and lower parts of the cabinet and are also usually made of cold-rolled steel plates. They serve to reinforce the cabinet structure and prevent dust from entering.
In addition to the above parts, the sheet metal structure of the electrical cabinet may also include drawer brackets, partitions, cable troughs, fixed brackets, etc. The specific structural design will vary according to different application requirements and equipment types. These structural components are assembled together by welding, bolting or riveting to form a complete electrical cabinet.
