Fabrication

Our skilled employees combine all components with CNC stamping or laser cutting process into one piece of metal product. Our ability to provide complete welding services as well as cutting and forming services can help you reduce project costs and supply chain. Our in-house team allows us to facilitate contracts from small prototypes to large production runs with ease and experience.

If your project requires soldered components, we recommend discussing with our CAD design engineers. We want to help you avoid choosing the wrong process, which can mean increased design time, labor, and the risk of excessive part deformation. Our experience can help you save production time and money.

Most of the projects we fabricate involve a combination of one or more of the following welding processes:

● spot welding

● stud welding

● Brazing

● Stainless steel TIG welding

● Aluminum TIG welding

● Carbon steel TIG welding

● Carbon steel MIG welding

● Aluminum MIG welding

Traditional methods of sheet metal manufacturing

In our constant field of welding we also sometimes employ traditional manufacturing methods such as:

● Pillar drills

● Various fly presses

● Notching machines

● BEWO cut off saws

● Polishing / grained and superbright

● Rolling capacity to 2000mm

● PEM faster insertion machines

● Various bandfacers for deburring applications

● Shot / bead blasting
