1. Fix the distribution frame of the network cabinet in place, load the panel paper into the distribution frame on the front, and install the tray on the back.

2. Positioning of the cable management board. When positioning the cable management board, the direction of the cable management board should be determined before threading, so that the cable management board can be positioned without twisting the direction during the cable management process.

3. Thread the cable management board. Next to the cable inlet in the computer room, adjust the direction of the cable management board according to the direction determined by 2. Thread the double-stranded wire into the cable management board in sequence according to the wire number, but we should Note that even if all twisted pairs pass through the cable management board, the cable management board should be placed close to the cable inlet. The purpose of this is to ensure that all twisted pairs in the computer room can be organized.

4. Route and manage cables. First, use nylon ties to tie the twisted pairs through the cable management board at the outer roots of the cable management board into a bundle, and then move the cable management board toward you along the designated route, about 100mm. Then wrap the wires at the outer root of the cable management board around the cable management board, continue to translate the cable management board about 200mm, and tie the outer roots of the cable management board with nylon ties. Note that each wire should remain in the same position as the previous binding. Similarly, some wires are not allowed to be transferred from the outer layer to the inner layer, and inner wires are not allowed to be transferred to the outer layer; they are translated in sequence until the patch panel.

5. The wire harness is fixed. If the wire harness is too heavy, if you encounter a wire-tying hole on the bridge or a wire-tying board in the cabinet, you should tie the wire harness at the same time as the wire harness on the bridge or cabinet to prevent the wire harness from sliding down;

6. Corner cable management: When encountering a turn during translation, the cable management board must be close to the corner and follow the turn beside the corner. Do not tie it up and then attach it to the corner. This requires that all wire harnesses must be in the corner. For on-site tying, it is not allowed to tie it in advance and then move it to the site;

7. Bracket cable management: When the cable management board reaches the bracket behind the distribution frame, first tie the wire harness to the bracket, and then move it forward. Each time it reaches a module, tie the wire harness once and then divide it. Output the line number corresponding to the module. This process should be equipped with 2 people: 1 person to separate the wires, 1 person to pull the wires from the back of the distribution frame to the front of the distribution frame (if the module can be removed, pass the wires from the module hole to the front), and 2 people at the same time Check whether the wire number is consistent with the panel number on the patch panel.

8. Complete the cable management: When the last wire passes through the front of the distribution frame, there is no longer a wire in the cable management board, and the cable management of the bundle is completed.

9.
